We to, have been customers ourselves, and have been on the receiving end of horrible customer service. So when we started this business, we made a promise to give our customers impeciable customer service and the most stunning products at affordable prices. We use all our products ourselves before we offer them, if they don't meet our high standards, we WON'T sell them. You, our customers are

system. Sales Tax: SeasonalEnchantment.com only collects sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. Tracking an order: You will receive an e-mail notification with shipping information once your order has shipped. Pricing errors: Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, if it does, we will contact you via e-mail immediately before your order has been fulfilled and advise you of the price difference, at which time you have the option to cancel order without any transaction fees. Description & Color Accuracy: While we take drastic measures to ensure our website reflects accurate product information & pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. We are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site. Additionally, colors often vary depending on monitor settings and screen resolutions and may not always display accurately on your screen. Payment Methods: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, if you wish to cancel we request you e-mail us immediately at SeasonalEnchant@aol.com, please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and information of product ordered. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% transaction fee if NOT CANCELLED WITHIN 2 business days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) of being placed. Insurance: We ship exclusively through
UPS. Shipping insurance is included in the price of the item. Delivery Times & Shipping: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise, credit verification and delivery zone. All our orders ship UPS GROUND. Tracking number will be e-mailed to purchaser. We will NOT overnight, 2nd or 3rd day any of our merchandise and we DO-NOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING: - Alaska
All orders are shipped
within 5 business
days of receiving your order. All orders ship Monday through Friday
(except
holidays). No orders are shipped Saturdays or Sundays. In the
event
of a delay we will contact you via e-mail or phone, if the delay is due
to a backorder, you will be given a choice to remain on backorder,
substitute
to another item or cancel your order.
NO RETURNS WILL BE
ACCEPTED WITHOUT
WRITTEN APPROVAL and a valid RA Number (Returned Article)
from Seasonal
Enchantment. E-mail: SeasonalEnchant@aol.com ,
with your return request and Seasonal Enchantment will supply you with
an RA number and return authorization.
Good Returns: Within 48 hours of receipt of your order, to return a good product, please contact us at SeasonalEnchant@aol.com. We will review your request and respond via return e-mail. We will advise you of an address to return the good merchandise. Our customers are responsible to send merchandise back in perfect condition, in it's original packaging, and must include all instruction booklets and or assembly sheets and parts. It is the customer's responsibility to send MERCHANDISE BACK TO US FREIGHT PREPAID. Upon inspection we will issue a credit and advise you via e-mail, this credit will reflect a 20% restock charge. We will also charge you for original outgoing freight charges and handling fees (which were included in the price). If the merchandise was received as a gift, please have the gift giver contact us so that we may make arrangements with them, or YOU PREPAY freight back to us and receive a credit for other merchandise from our site.NO RETURNS ON CHRISTMAS MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DECEMBER 10TH. Defects: We ask that you inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt, if there are any obvious defects in your item when you receive it, please contact us immediately via e-mail and we will replace the defective part (or the whole item if necessary, this is up to our disgression) with no charge to you. Replacement parts will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Parts are under warranty for the season of purchase, if you should require a part next season, please e-mail us and we will advise you how to obtain said part, please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and product 5 digit model number from our website. Breakages: We ask if you see visable damage to the shipping carton upon delivery THAT YOU REFUSE SHIPMENT and advise us via e-mail. If you have any breakages
in your
merchandise and want to return or exchange it you have to contact us
within
48 hours of merchandise being in your possession, please e-mail us at SeasonalEnchant@aol.com
and include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and
product
5 digit model number from our website. If you do not contact us
about
breakages within 48 hours of having the merchandise in your possession,
it is possible it broke while in your possession and we are not
responsible
for this type of breakage or damage.
